What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your RMT will give you a health history form to fill out at your first appointment. This is a detailed record of your past and current health conditions. Please bring a list of medications you are on. This history form helps your RMT build a treatment plan specific to your physical and emotional needs.

Do you do “Deep Tissue” Massage?

Our RMT’s are all trained to administer massage according to your specific needs. If you would like deeper pressure or less pressure during your massage, please communicate that to your therapist.

What are the benefits of Breast Massage for women?

The techniques are very gentle and relaxing, and it encourages circulation and lymphatic drainage of your breast tissue. It decreases breast swelling and tenderness from hormonal fluctuations (from PMS, menopause, pregnancy and breastfeeding).
