What should I expect at my first appointment?

divider
Your RMT will give you a health history form to fill out at your first appointment. This is a detailed record of your past and current health conditions. Please bring a list of medications you are on. This history form helps your RMT build a treatment plan specific to your physical and emotional needs. Your RMT will ask you educated questions and perform an assessment before the session starts and communicate with you about any potential risks based on your conditions.

Do you do “Deep Tissue” Massage?

divider
Our RMT’s are all trained to administer massage according to your specific needs. If you would like deeper pressure, or less pressure during your massage, please communicate that to your therapist. If deeper pressure is not advised because of certain medical conditions your therapist will let you know. Don’t be afraid to ask us for what you want!
